SAN DIEGO, Sept. 8 -- DEMO Conference -- SkyData Systems, Inc. unveiled its new mobile application for business users. The application, called SkyData, combines information from CRM applications and delivers an instant, unified view of all
business and personal contacts and their related information.
SkyData integrates personal and business networks ranging from Outlook address books, Google and Yahoo contacts, Facebook, LinkedIn, Plaxo and Jigsaw business networks, and finally formal CRM applications such as Salesforce.com, SugarCRM, Microsoft and NetSuite. The SkyData application runs on most RIM Blackberry and Windows Mobile devices on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile USA and Sprint networks. Apple iPhone support is planned for the end of 2008. The company said that Google Chrome, which is optimized for Web 2.0, enhances the performance speed for AJAX-powered features of NetSuite. NetSuite support for Google Chrome is being rolled out now in phases to customers. Once the rollout is complete in mid-October 2008, all NetSuite and OpenAir functionality will work with Google Chrome's current release
